Festival Ticket Refund Policy

We aim to create unforgettable experiences for our festival attendees. However, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our patrons' needs while ensuring the festival's sustainability. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your tickets
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We operate a strict no refund policy for the festival tickets. This means that once a ticket is purchased, there are no refunds available for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in plans, or dissatisfaction with festival arrangements.
Exception: Event Cancellation
The only exception to our no refund policy is the cancellation of the festival. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund for the face value of their tickets. Details regarding the refund process will be communicated directly to ticket holders via email and will also be available on our official website and social media channels.
Ticket Resale
Understanding that plans can change, we have partnered with a third-party ticketing platform to facilitate the resale of tickets. If you can no longer attend the festival and wish to sell your ticket, you may do so through the official resale platform provided by our ticketing partner. Please note that the resale of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party platform, including any fees or restrictions they may impose.
The festival was founded in 2018 and held in O'Donnell Gardens. The festival prides itself in the development of Victorian live music artists, audiences on a regional, national, and international level.
